"I personally made contact with four leading Tauranga roofing companies to aquire a complete roof renewal estimate, some spouting and downpipe replacement and extension of eaves in one area. Various quotes were submitted by letter except for Custom Roofing who rang for an appointment to come and discuss our requirements, step by step, so as both parties were fully aware what service would be given. On commencement of the job, I noticed how the staff worked completely as a team. With any changes to original plans, I was advised and shown why the changes were. One major change was made to a troublesome section - extra timber and labour yet willingly done with no extra cost. Direct and constant communication appreciated.
